Q: When or how do I get a tracking number?

Once the order has been placed you will receive shipment and tracking information within 24-72 hours on in-stock parts. Tracking information and handling times vary on manufacturer drop-ship orders. You will be notified via email about any delays in processing your order.

Q: What is GotExhaust.com’s returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt under the following terms:

  1. Customers must call or email sales@gotexhaust.com to acquire Return Authorization.
  2. If the item received is not the item ordered, it may be returned at no expense to the customer.
  3. If the item received is defective or damaged upon receipt, it may be returned at no expense to the customer.
  4. Products not meeting the above criteria may be returned as new and unopened at the customer’s expense (up to 20% re-stocking fee may apply).

Q: How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Products ship from multiple warehouses around the country to minimize shipping transit times. Since shipping times may differ from state to state, you should expect your items to arrive between 1-5 business days after shipment. Back ordered items and manufacturer drop-ship orders may require additional handling time. A sales representative will inform you of any delays in processing your order.

Q: How do I know which parts will fit my vehicle?

Our integrated vehicle Year, Make, Model product search narrows down only products that will fit your car, truck or SUV. Please ensure that you enter your correct vehicle information while searching for parts. Universal products are also available for custom applications.
